Guests and new members can see:

Introduction,
Newbie Chat and
The Help forum

BUT they can only post in the introduction forum.

Once you Post an Introduction you will become a Newbie and have access to all the forums listed above and you will be able to see:
News and updates,
Creative talk,
Shop C.D,
Introduction,
Newbie Chat,
The Help Forum,
General Discussion,
Music Mania,
Lets Talk Movies,
Games Galore,
World news,
Video vault,
Art Corner,
Take it to a Poll

Then Once you have received a total of 10 posts you will become a Member and have access to:
News and updates,
Creative talk,
Shop C.D,
Introduction,
Newbie Chat,
The Help Forum,
General Discussion,
Music Mania,
Lets Talk Movies,
Games Galore,
World news,
Video vault,
Art Corner,
Take it to a Poll
Several more secret ones

You may think this seems a bit odd but it is to protect the forum a little against spammers
